6,000 sq ft across two floors. Members move freely between them; several rooms are bookable by the hour or day for non-members too.

Offices & coworking
4 private offices (1–5 people), 5 team desks (4–6 people, $800/mo), and 6 individual desks ($350/mo) on the main floor.
Create · Route 02
Studios A & B
Studio A is a Pilchner-Schoustal designed mix room and live room. Studio B is a producer's room with a recording booth.
Meet · Route 04
Meeting rooms
The walnut Boardroom seats 6+. A new Main Floor Boardroom seats 8–10 with a 65″ TV. The North Room handles larger meetings.

A bright kitchen, opening onto a balcony.
Connect with your colleagues and other DCC members over a meal or coffee in the kitchen. This bright space opens onto a balcony, and has 7 seating spaces at high tables.
